Seaweed Feast and the Moray Walking and Outdoor Festival

It was a great pleasure to be part of the Moray Walking & Outdoor Festival again this year. Last week we held a Seaweed and Eat It! event on Covesea beach as part of the festival. Our participants were treated to a wild culinary adventure as we learned all about the fascinating world of sea vegetables. Check out our video for some teasers about everything that was learned and all that was cooked at the beach.

Check online for more information and future dates for our Seaweed and Eat It! events. Or, if this has peaked your interest why not join us during the summer for one of our Tracking Trails or World of the Mini-Beast activities?
