We’d like to let you know about our Growing Wild and Well programme which is a free 12-week wellbeing course for adults designed to support physical and mental health, as well as skill development through engaging environmental activities in woodland and coastal settings.
On completion of the course participants will be awarded a level 1 accreditation in Bushcraft, conservation and leadership.
At the end of the programme there will be opportunities to volunteer with us across our other programmes and receive additional training.

Examples of our activities include:
- bushcraft skills
- animal and plant identification,
- safe fire lighting,
- tool use,
- shelter building
- and much more…
We also engage in conservation work such as removal of invasive non-native species, biological recording and building bird/bat and insect homes.
