A Visit from our Patron

What a pleasure it was to welcome our Patron and wildlife filmmaker, Gordon Buchanan, into the office this week.

Gordon came and paid us a visit after we had listened to one of his inspiring talks at Eden Court Theatre in Inverness the night before. It was a great opportunity to share some of our stories from the field with Gordon and give him the opportunity to meet some of our Senior participants from around Findhorn and Forres. Before we knew where he had gone Gordon climbed into the Wild things! mini-bus and was trying to sneak out with our Seniors who were heading out for the day.

Gordon is such an inspiring individual, having travelled throughout the globe getting up close and personal with some of the planets most notorious predators and endangered animal species. Gordon’s passion for and contribution towards conservation sit very much at the heart of Wild things! own values and ethos.

We are incredibly proud to call Gordon our patron. Thanks for dropping by, it was lovely to see you as always
