Minecraft Comes to Moray

Swap the computer for the real thing: Minecraft Comes to Moray! Join Wild things! on a day of adventure on one of our Minecraft Holiday Club days during the school holidays.

Spend your school holidays with us and explore the world of Minecraft. You will also and learn bushcraft skills such as traditional fire-lighting techniques, identifying animal tracks and create crafts from natural materials.

Held in the woodlands around the stunning Moray Coast our Minecraft Holiday Clubs are a chance to explore the forest and take part some exciting, adventurous and fun bushcraft activities.

Incorporating ideas based around Minecraft there will be games and a chance to explore the woodland environment. Minecraft favourites, Steve and The Creeper may make an appearance too!

Our qualified and experienced leaders will ensure that everyone takes part, has a great time, and goes home with a sense of achievement and some incredible memories.

Activities will include a selection of those listed below:

  • The Creeper Staking Game
  • Establish your Base – Den building with natural shelters
  • Collect Materials & Resources
  • Use your Crafting Table to Gain the Tools you need
  • Crafting – Catapults, Spears, Cordage and Leather Purses
  • Traditional Firelighting & Cooking on Camp Fire
  • Discover items you need to Survive
  • Thrive in the forest and coastline around Forres

Our Minecraft Holiday Clubs provide a safe, educational and fun filled day of adventure for children aged 8-12 years old.

Our Minecraft Holiday Clubs run over single days during the school holidays, on the dates listed above. Each session will be at a woodland or beach location in Moray.

Once you have book your place we will advise the specific woodland location for dropping off and picking up participants. Drop will be at 9:30am and pick up at 3:30pm.

These sessions are for children aged 8-12 years old. No previous experience of Minecraft necessary.

Minibus is occasionally available as transport to locations of activity sessions, or parent/guardian required for pick up/drop off. Wild things! will provide all required equipment and resources.

Participants are required to bring:

  • Suitable outdoor footwear
  • Warm and waterproof clothing
  • We can provide some additional kit if required

Minecraft Holiday Clubs are excellent value at just *£25 per participant for the full day, 9:30 – 15:30. Please select your chosen day(s) from the options listed above and complete the online booking form and make payment to confirm your place.
