Accredited Training Courses
Wild things! are specialists in training future outdoor activity leaders. We offer a selection of accredited leader training courses, developed from over 20 years of delivering outdoor learning. All of our courses are fun filled, practical and will equip students with the skills required to be inspiring, knowledgeable and safe outdoor activity leaders.
Woodland Activity Leader Training has been accredited by the NCFE. The course is benchmarked as a Level 2 Award, under Wild things! IIQ license. Woodland Activity Leader Training has also received Professional Recognition from the General Teaching of Scotland. It is an essential course for those interested in leading wood school and forest school sessions. It is an accredited alternative to forest school training.
Our Coastal Activity Leader Training course has also been accredited by the NCFE. It is benchmarked as a Level 2 Award. This course is unique within UK outdoor education. It provides graduates of the course with the necessary skills and knowledge to competently lead coastal classroom and beach school sessions.
